Coffeel at the Sigep - Rimini, 2015

Our team among the speakers at the SCA workshop

Tomorrow is the last day of the XXXVI edition of Sigep, the international fair of ice cream and artisan bakery, that began in Rimini on January 17.The event is the most important in the world for the artisan ice cream sector and the primary European showcase for artisan confectionery and coffee. At Sigep, all the new raw materials, equipment, furniture and services are presented and international competitions are organised, such as the Italian Barista Championship, demonstrations, courses and seminars on the newest developments in the coffee world.

Coffeel attended Sigep to offer its products to visitors from all around the world, on a very prestigious stage. Our team was the guest of the Dalla Corte Stand from whom we are very thankful. Here our blends and single origin coffee have been used to prepare a real quality coffee, the result of excellent raw material prepared in a professional machine.

The Coffeel members, holders of a SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) Coffee System diploma, were chosen as speakers for some workshops organised by the association. The goal of the workshop was to introduce the Italian public to the innovative method of coffee preparation with the Chemex extraction method for drip coffee.
